Robin Allard graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in business management in 1988. Robin pursued a career in public accounting until she and her family moved to Montreal, Quebec in 1998. Robin returned to the area in 2000 and is now living in Salem. She has been a paraeducator with the Preschool since September 2004.

Melissa Baldoumas graduated from Franklin Pierce University in 2008 with a B.A. in Communications. The following fall she began working as a paraeducator at the Preschool. In 2009 she began studying speech and language and in 2011 received her certificate as a speech and language assistant. Melissa currently lives in Exeter.
